Product inventory management

Inventory refers to the stock levels of a product available for sale on a Avnato eCommerce store, which can be managed by the seller via the admin panel.

Avnato’s inventory management feature can be found in the admin panel under Products, where sellers can set up their products and set stock levels:

Admin panel → Catalog → Products → Inventory

Inventory management feature allows sellers to track the quantity of their products and update stock levels as they sell items. This can help sellers to prevent overselling, and ensure that they have the right amount of stock to fulfill customer orders.

How to set or change stock quantity number of products?

1. Navigate to the “Products” under Catalog section in your admin panel and select “Inventory”.
2. Identify the product for which you want to manage inventory.
3. If you want to add a number to the available quantity, click on the “Add” button. If you want to set a new number to the available quantity, click on the “Set” button.
4. Enter the number you want to add or set in the designated field.
5. Click on the “Save” button to save the changes you have made to the inventory quantity.

By following these steps, you can easily manage your product inventory. It is important to keep your inventory up-to-date to avoid overstocking or stockouts, which could potentially impact your sales and reputation.
