Refund Eligibility

Avnato offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. After this period, refunds will only be considered if one of the following conditions is met:

  • Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents the proper functioning of our services, significantly impacting your ability to utilise our platform effectively.
  • Payment Errors: In case of a mistake such as an overpayment or double payment being charged due to a technical bug or similar cases.

Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the above criteria, please submit a refund request to our support email at [email protected]. Be sure to include all relevant details and any supporting documentation to facilitate the review process.

Refund Processing

Each refund request will be processed within ten business days of receipt. You will be notified of the decision via email once the review is complete.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Please note that changing the payment method is not possible under any circumstances.
